Bandanas, Diatomaceous Earth and Pills

Hey guys! So this week has been pretty normal I guess. The chiropractic treatment is going well and I have also started doing some new things to boost my health and grow my hair.

I started going to the Chiropractor, I am seeing her as often as I can which is two or three times a week. My chiropractor is really nice and fun. I go to The Health Lodge and it's a really nice calming place! Anyways, while I was there, my chiropractor told me she had a gift for me. Immediately I thought oh no she has got me pills or a neck wedge or something. I was right to think that because what she gave me was a bag, in the bag it had some 'Elle Belle Uk Elimiateur pills. These pills help clean out your system and make sure there are no parasites or anything in your body. You are supposed to take 3 pills every day for 90 days, so i'm doing that.

The other thing my Chiropractor gave me was a 300 gram tub of Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. Diatomaceous Earth is a powdery substance. When it is dry ( which it is in the tub) is like shards of glass so you have to be careful you don't swallow any or get some in your eye when it's dry. When it's wet however you can drink it ( which is what i'm doing), rub it in your hair, use it as a face mask and everything. What it basically does it if there is any bugs or bad things inside a body it will cover the bug or bad thing and when it tried to move it will cut it up. So i'm taking that with juice.

Today my bandanas also came. I ordered a few bandanas off of eBay because it is getting really hard to hide my bald patches (also because I wanted them). So I brought 4 of them because they were on offer, I got a black patterned one, a lilac patterned one, a florescent pink patterned one and a plain navy blue one. With the bandanas on it's just much easier not to worry about people seeing the patches. I have also got to grips with tying them on my head pretty well as well so that's pretty good! It's like my simple way out of people worrying which is good. Also the fabric is very sheer but not too sheer it doesn't keep too little or too much warmth in my head which is what I need.

So there you go guys, hope you enjoyed my little update. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Please share this blog with others you know are struggling because I really think it could help. Hope you all have a great day!

My time at the Chiropractor

Hey guys i'm back! Since I have been gone I have spoken to that teacher which has made me feel a lot better, I have been to the doctors, I have completed my second visit to the Chiropractor and I have also finished school. I will break all these things down and explain everything.

First off I will break down what happened with the school problems. I spoke to my teacher and I found her last few lessons much more enjoyable, fun and comfortable. Since I have got that out of the way I am way more myself and relaxed in her classes. Sadly, the year has finished and I probably won't have her next year. I basically told her that I feel anxious about her lessons and that i'm trying to do something about it. She now knows about my alopecia and my struggle.

I have also been to the doctors, the person advised me to get us a blood test to see what i'm low in(because Alopecia happens because of a low immune system and stress) so I will have to go and do that soon. I asked her also about how to relive stress, she said that I will have to research that which was really stupid because she should have just told me some things that I could try. This is what I found...

Meditation really helps to relive the stress and just clear your mind. I am currently getting into a daily meditation routine. I use this app called 'Calm'. I strongly recommend 'Calm' to stressed or anxious people because it really helps you to zone out and take a bit of your time to just relax. 'Calm' puts you on a course when you first join. It teaches you different meditation techniques and teaches you that worrying is not necessary. The app is free on the app store and is highly recommended by me.

I have also started visiting the Chiropractor. Today I was with a person who looked a lot like youtube bae Mamrie Hart. We took some time going over the course that I am going to take and what will need to happen. I got my X-Rays back and they explained what was wrong and over the long term what will happen. I also decided to have my first adjustment and for those who don't know, an adjustment is when a person will massage you and then click you back into place. Since then (which was about an hour ago) I have been feeling great! I feel more loose and less stressed.

School has finished! I am so happy about this because now I will have so much time to create videos write more blogs and even do more collabs! The problem with this though is that my visits to the Chiropractor will consume a lot of time.

Anyways, I have been feeling much better and a lot happier knowing that something will happen and it will get better. That's all from me for now. If you see anyone feeling down, don't make fun of them but make them feel better. Have a good day, until next time.

hey you guys, sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. My 'im bugging out' blog didn't upload properly. But i'm back!

So I spoke to my Masi( aunt) and she gave me advise about how to approach the person I get anxiety about. She told me to not worry about it and talk to her. The whole year in those lessons have been really awkward for me and only now i'm starting to realise that she is not a threat or here to judge, she is simply here to teach. I spoke to her, I done exactly what my Masi did and asked her what I need improving on after the lesson. My Masi told me that this would help me get comfortable with her. Which it what happened. So yeah that's slowly working out in that area of my life.

My hair is still falling out. My small bald patches are now slowly starting to join together which is really scary. I keep putting coconut oil in my hair but when we check for new hair follicles or baby hairs, nothing happens. Also, I have a cold, my cold has been developing for ages and now it is here. It's so annoying to have a blocked nose all the time and have to constantly have to sneeze.  Mum says it's because of Hay Fever, but I don't have Hay Fever which is confusing. On top of that my hair is slowly starting to grey out a bit, it's losing it's colour. Over the weeks it's been harder and harder to hide all this happening with my hair.

On top of all this, i'm not in a very good position with my friends at the moment. You know when people say 'you will always have that one friend that stabs you in the back and everything'? well, that's happening.

I have taken up meditation, we done it in RE earlier on in the year and I found it very therapeutic and helpful. There is this app called 'calm', it basically teaches you how to meditate and different meditation techniques. I'm currently doing a 7 day course learning how to do everything. Also Mum has booked me a Chiropractor, which i'm not too happy about. Im kind of awkward when it comes to those sort of things. I'm also going to go to the doctor next sunday because Mum is starting to think that I might have a parasite aswell or something like that. She wants me to take a blood test to make sure that everything is cool with me. She thinks there may be something else wrong with my body.

But yeah, that was a quick little update of what's happening with everything. I will post a blog after the doctors letting you know what he says and also about the chiropractor. Wish me luck! If you know someone with alopecia, don't make fun of them but talk to them and support them. That's all From me
